Come and get away from the commercial lifestyle of the big city life! Experience nature at its best as you walk through our beautiful pineapple farm, tropical fruit orchard and vegetable garden located just between Hatchet Bay and Gregory Town, Eleuthera.
Our Tours
The tour begins with a journey through the local towns, with lots of historical sites and Bahamian heritage. Enjoy the simple beauty, sunshine and breathtaking views of the island of Eleuthera on the way to the farm. Our tour consists of leisurely walking through our farm(About a 1/4 mile)as you enjoy the simple beauty, sunshine,the breathtaking views of our pineapple farm, and the historic Hatchet Bay Silos(cylindrical structures); built in the 1930s to store food for the milk cows from the Levy Farms.

Although the pineapple fruit is seasonal, you will have the experience of a lifetime as our professional tour guide takes you through a short history of the Pineapple industry in Eleuthera, the complete growing cycle and cultivation techniques of our world renowned "Sugar Loaf" sweet Eleuthera pineapple. You will also enjoy the ultimate experience of planting your own Eleuthera pineapple plant as a group or individual volunteer while in season.

After the pineapple tour you will move onto the tropical fruit orchard where you will discover a variety of native fruits including, banana, soursop, sugar apple, papaya, pomegranates and much more PLUS our vegetable garden of whatever is in season during your visit. We encourage you to ask Questions during the tour and take photos as you walk throughout the farm.

Reservations Details
Cruise Ship Visitors: Reservations have to be made at a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) in advance to book this tour.

Non-Cruise Visitors: Reservations can be made (1) day in advance
​
Long Jeans and tennis shoes are recommended for this tour
​
Taxis are available at all airports and docks
​
Our Farm tour requires a minimum of 2 guests
​
Children 4 years and under: No charge.
Drinks and food items will be on sale at the farm but you are welcome to bring your favorite food/snacks along to accommodate them for the day.

All Children must be supervised by an adult.

Policies
Prices are subject to change- and will be posted immediately when changed.
Holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday & Monday, Christmas & Boxing Day (Dec 26). There could be an extra 10% premium for tours on these days.
Terms & Conditions
Eleuthera Pineapple Farm Tours (EPF TOURS) provides its services according to the following terms and conditions, to which all persons participating in our Eleuthera Pineapple Farm Tours activity agree.

Cancellations
EPF Tours will provide a full refund for the following cancellations:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the trip's scheduled departure. (For example, if the trip is cheduled to depart at 9:00 am on May 10th, to a receive a refund the cancellation must be made by 9:00am on May 8th.)

Cancellations made within the 48-hour cancellation window and no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

For cruise ship passengers, a full refund will be provided if, for any reason, your ship does not anchor. (Please keep us informed by whatsapp or email)

No Show- Cruise Ship Passengers Only: Tours are scheduled to depart from just outside the gate at the time agreed to in our Confirmation email. In order to not inconvenience other guests, we will wait for latecomers only until 15 minutes after scheduled departure time. Please be early or on time. Anyone not present at the time of departure is considered a No Show and will NOT be refunded. We will consider waiting if you call, text, or whatsapp us to let us know you are running late. EPF Tours advises that this activity is not without risk. The risk is part of all vehicle travel and those risks cannot be eliminated. Certain risks inherent in this activity can be the cause of loss or damage to personal property, or accidental injury, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death.
These risks include but are not limited to, Allergies, Insect bites, sunburn, heat exposure, accidents or slips or falls, sprained or twisted joints.

By accepting these terms and conditions, all EPF Tours guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and are fully aware that these and other risks, dangers and hazards are an inherent part of this activity that they are voluntarily undertaking.
Each EPF Tours trip participant certifies and commits that they are fully capable of participating in this activity and assumes full responsibility for themselves and their minor children or minor children entrusted to their care.
EPF Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any passenger disrupting the experience of other guests will be removed or separated. EPF Tours will cooperate fully with Bahamian law enforcement personnel as needed to ensure public safety.
About Us
We are a Bahamian family owned farm. We are currently operating on 25 acres of farm land and are one of the largest producers of the 'Sugarloaf' pineapple in The Bahamas. We are also the closest pineapple farm to the United States, Canada and Europe. Our goal is to continue the rich history of pineapple cultivation in Eleuthera and to bring the pineapple industry back to its glory days. We invite you to share this historical experience with us.
